Willochra Enterprise Pty Ltd dates back to 1994, when its founding director, the late Haydn Godony, launched the company in newspaper journalism and advertising. Margaret Godony, Haydn’s late mother and also a foundation director, supported the business over her lifetime, moral support also being offered from the outset by Catherine Godony, Haydn’s sister. Following Haydn's passing from leukemia in 2014, Catherine became director in 2015.

Haydn was an active "backstage" where music and photography were linked in recorded events, many of which he organised.

He worked initially for the Independent newspaper, his “Hotshots” pages, where many young people posed for his camera, becoming a prominent feature. His entertainment pages recorded restaurant, record and film reviews.

Later, Haydn transitioned to Fairfax with the The Weekly when the Community Network took over the Independent, and he contributed also to the Mornington Peninsula News Group until shortly before his passing on 28 October 2014.  His last role was with the Mornington Peninsula Magazine. All Haydn did was done with exuberant passion.

With Royal Irish ancestry, Margaret, Haydn and Catherine Godony descend from the early Celts. Known for their affinity with the spiritual world, the Celts found the threshold between the unseen world and daily life easy to cross. This is in keeping with Margaret, Haydn and Catherine’s belief in and gratitude for “the angel looking over their shoulder”.
